Non-urgent advice: Having Problems?

Download the NHS App

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

We are delighted to announce we are now using patient Triage by AccuRx.

This Patient Triage service will provide the same service to contact your GP online, or another member of the team. This service is available to use between 8am and 6:30pm. Any requests during these hours will be triaged the same day meaning that we will inform you the same day how your request will be managed which may include but is not limited to future appointments, advice or you may be signposted to another service.

Please note that this service is NOT suitable for any urgent problems. For anything urgent please contact us as you would in the usual way.

Patient triage is a safe way to start a routine consultation with your GP, to contact the Admin team with an administration request, to request fit or sick notes and prescriptions, and to send over photos where you have been asked to do so.

The new service provides a much easier streamlined service for our patients, with fewer forms to fill in, however, we do ask that you ensure you provide full information in the boxes you are presented with to enable us to understand your requirements.

If you contact us during core hours (08:00–18:30), your request will be reviewed the same day and actioned based on the information you provide. This may include booking an appointment, offering advice, signposting to another service, or requesting further details.

For urgent help, call your GP practice. If closed, visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency, call 999.
