Repeat prescriptions MUST be requested within the surgery, online, by post or by fax. Unfortunately, we cannot access repeat prescription requests over the telephone.
Please ensure you have enough medication to allow for 2 working days to process requests.
When requesting within surgery, please post your repeat request into the box located in the surgery reception, if you are not requesting online.
If out of opening hours, your request can be posted into the surgery post box.
Once your prescription is ready to collect, you can either collect from the Surgery, or if you nominated a Chemist to have EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) then your signed prescription will go electronically straight to your nominated pharmacy.

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
