Your Named GP
All patients registered with the practice now have a named GP with the aim of ensuring that there is a GP in the practice who can offer you overall responsibility for the care that we provide for you.
This is a recent NHS requirement and does not affect your right to request an appointment with any GP of your choice at your practice subject to availability. In our practices your named GP will always be the doctor that you are registered under.
We will continue to offer appointments to our patients in exactly the same way.
You do not need to do anything, unless you would like you know which doctor is your named GP. If you would like to know, or if you would like to have the opportunity to request a change to your allocated GP please contact reception.
